Hi there, I’m Cheryl D. Kelly, Esq., Owner of C. Kelly Law, LLC. and Personal Injury Attorney

Attorney Cheryl D. Kelly is the Owner of C. Kelly Law, LLC. Ms. Kelly’s legal career journey began in 2004, when she began to work as a legal assistant handling complex personal injury claims. Ms. Kelly attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies while she continued to work as a legal assistant with a family law firm, as well as intern with the American Bar Association in Washington, DC. 

Later, Ms. Kelly relocated to Georgia to attend University of Georgia School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctor. While attending UGA School of Law, Ms. Kelly founded the law school’s first student organization focused on the practice of family law (Family Law Society). Ms. Kelly fell in love with the people and the culture of Georgia, and remained in the Atlanta metro area upon earning her Juris Doctor.

Ms. Kelly brings 15 years of experience handling complex litigation matters from every aspect, as a legal assistant, paralegal and as a practicing attorney. She is dedicated to representing each client with legal expertise, compassion, and accuracy.
